COVID-19 Test Terms and Conditions of Service and Consent 
Booking and Payment
You were directed to this page because you made a booking for our COVID-19 antigen or PCR Testing Service your location of choice. If you happen to be on this page and did not make a booking, please call our booking agent at (649) 331-8358 or email: to make an appointment for the COVID-19 testing service. 
Payments for COVID-19 testing at any of the Care Labs testing locations listed below can be
made on location at the time of your appointment, so there is no need to make online payments here:
> Omnicare Medical Center - Town Center Mall, Downtown Providenciales.

> Omnicare Clinic Grand Turk - Old Business College, Hospital Road, Grand Turk.

> Omnicare Medical Center Grace Bay - Suite F201, Upstairs, Regent Village, Grace Bay, Providenciales.

Payments for our mobile COVID-19 Testing services or testing services at any other location not listed above MUST be made in advance using the payment link below. 
There is currently a high demand for both the COVID-19 Rapid Antigen and PCR Tests, hence advanced booking and prepayment are highly recommended. 
Scheduled COVID-19 testing appointments for our mobile testing service and services at locations not listed above may be cancelled if payment is not made before 6 hours prior to testing.

Cancellation and Refund
Persons booking from overseas who have to cancel their trip to Turks and Caicos would be fully refunded. 
COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test results for mobile testing service would be available within 5-10 mins of performing the test, but an official travel report would be available within 24 hours.
However, due to the high demand for the COVID-19 PCR test and limited testing locations, PCR test results would be available within 24 - 36 hours. Our PCR test is currently performed by third-party affiliates and there is no guarantee that an official test report would be available in 36 hours. Once the test has been performed, we will do our best to ensure your expectations are met, however, there will be no refund for missing a flight due to the unavailability of PCR results within 36 hours of testing. 

Payment for COVID-19 testing services for yourself and members of your party for whom you are paying confirms that you agree on behalf of yourself and members of your party to the cancellation and refund policy above and to the terms and conditions of service and consent to be tested.
